Agustina Buedo-Castellanos

Agustina Buedo-Castellanos is the founder of Castellanos Corporate Counsel, PLLC, a boutique corporate law firm providing practical, business-focused legal counsel to companies navigating contracts, transactions, compliance, and growth.
Before founding the firm, Agustina spent six years as in-house counsel at SIXT Rent a Car, ultimately serving as Senior Corporate Counsel. Working within a fast-paced global organization gave her a perspective that continues to shape the way she practices law today: the best legal advice does more than identify risk—it helps the business find a practical path forward.
Throughout her in-house career, Agustina advised executives and business teams across a broad range of commercial and operational matters. Her experience includes negotiating complex commercial agreements, supporting multimillion-dollar transactions, advising on privacy and consumer protection matters, counseling marketing and advertising initiatives, navigating commercial real estate and government agreements, and helping develop major strategic initiatives, including loyalty programs. She has worked alongside teams across legal, sales, marketing, operations, procurement, real estate, technology, and other business functions.
That experience inspired Castellanos Corporate Counsel.
Agustina founded the firm to provide businesses with something different from the traditional outside-counsel model: a legal partner who takes the time to understand how the business actually works. Whether advising on a single agreement or serving as fractional general counsel, she approaches each matter with an in-house mindset—balancing legal protection with commercial realities, communicating clearly, and focusing on solutions that allow clients to move forward with confidence.
